The Stucky Apartments are to be developed in the west part of the complex, overlooking the Lavraneri Canal, the Giudecca Canal and the internal gardens which separate the residential area from the Hotel complex. These will vary in size, ranging from 70 to about 130 m², with one, two or three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, living room-cum-kitchen or living room with separate kitchen. The complex will be equipped with elevators, with extreme care taken over the interior decor of the apartments, with flooring in fine grain “Seminato Veneziano” or precious wood, stone or marble thresholds. The splendid original beams are to be restored, there will be armoured front doors, lacquered single-panel internal doors with brass handles, CCTV entry system, centralised TV system with channelling for a satellite dish, plaster and coloured “calce rasata” plaster internal walls.
