The properties are situated in the Bugeber district of Pantelleria (Trapani), a charming landscape of characteristic vineyards, century-old olive groves and unspoiled Mediterranean scrub. The houses are located two kilometres from Lake Venere, the spa area par excellence, featuring hot baths, mud baths and natural hydromassage. There is access to the sea by means of a convenient internal road leading to Cinque Denti Inlet and Ondine Pond, considered to be among the Mediterranean’s most beautiful sites. A year-round restaurant is located 800 metres from the property, and the nearest bus stop is just a two minute walk away. A small old church, nestled amidst the green vegetation and large volcanic rocks that resemble sculptures, completes the landscape.
The first property is a historic “dammuso” (traditional Sicilian house) that features nine rooms and a cistern and measures 150 m2. The house, which requires renovation, is registered as a residence, has electricity installed and has access to the road. There are two entrances to the property, each with a view of the sea.
This house offers exceptional architectural features, including interior vaults and walls made of volcanic rock.
The approximately 1500 m2 of land extending towards the sea is covered with Mediterranean scrub vegetation. There are two old storage buildings on the property.
The second property is composed of four rural storage areas that can be transformed into living areas as well as a cistern. They are constructed entirely of volcanic rock, date to the early 1800s and have views of the sea.
The structures can be enlarged.
The land features a large, characteristic, century-old olive grove that surrounds the dammuso and measures approximately 1500 m2.
The area offers absolute privacy.
