An enchanting, 6,000 mē island is on sale in the delightful setting of Laguna Nord. Located between the islands of Burano and San Francesco del Deserto, it features abundant greenery, plentiful trees and a small vegetable garden. This island was formerly used as a fortified point, with a redoubt and perimeter embanking, but abandoned after 1918, leading to the progressive ruin of the buildings there. The current owner has completely restored the redoubt, transforming it into a residence, and organised complete reclamation of the land and the reconstruction of all the perimeter embanking. Two large navigable canals provide access to the island, featuring a canal measuring 2 metres in depth and 10 in width. It has two wharfs for mooring boats, one external, one internal, whilst the covered surface area - including the redoubt and fixtures - measures 300 mē. The island has electricity and water supplies, telephone and heating.
