Croatia. Beautiful, early twentieth century villa, built by a famous architect on the instructions of the Emperor of Austria located in the Cikat Bay on the island of Losinj. Set out over 1,200 mē and four levels, the villa has been entirely restored with painstaking attention to the design of the period. It is set in around 7,000 mē of park area and gardens overlooking the sea. A second building is located at the rear, measuring 500m and destined for use as an indoor swimming pool with sea water and home for the keeper. The location, close to the town of Mali Losinj, is enchanting. The bay is protected against the wind, so enjoys an ideal microclimate.
