TRANSFER OF HOTEL BUSINESS Interesting, 40 room hotel located in one of the most attractive, elegant parts of Venice and the very centre of the three important poles of contemporary art: the Guggenhein Foundation, the Fondation Pinault in Punta della Dogana, and the Vedova Museum. The rooms are set out in two adjacent buildings, charmingly joined by two secret courtyards. One is the area outside the characteristic restaurant, the other an oasis of calm and relaxation amidst the greenery, framed by a secular wisteria which provides shade for an old well-curb. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, satellite TV, a safe, air-conditioning and overlook the canal and gardens. The hotel has accommodation for around a hundred guests, whilst the à la carte restaurant opens up to provide seating for sixty covers indoors and around forty in the garden.
