RESERVATIONS
can be made directly with us or with any partecipating travel agency. We will immediatly send you information regarding each available apartment. Only reservations for a minimum of one week will be accepted. Check-in time is until 5 PM. Apartments must be vacated by noon on the day of departure.
A 30% DEPOSIT
of the full renting rate is required upon confirmation of all bookings.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT
is required and will be determined based on the apartment chosen. The deposit will be partially or totally refunded not later than 30 days after departure.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
must be received by us at least 30 days prior to arrival. At that time, a voucher together with detailed information concerning your selected apartment, the length of stay and transportation pick-up time will be sent to you. Should the payment not be settled by such time, the requested accomodations cannot be guaranteed.
CONSIGNED APARTMENTS
are thoroughly cleaned and, for a stay of one or two weeks, are supplied with fresh linens. If desired, a frequent service can be arranged for an additional fee.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATIONS
of booked and confirmed services, the following penalties will be applied:
a) reservation cancelled up to 29 days prior to scheduled arrival will be penalized with the deposit.
b) reservations cancelled up to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival will be penalized by 75% of the full rent.
c) after scheduled arrival deadline the full renting rate will be charged.
Cancellations will be considered valid only when notified by registered or certified mail which bears the date of the postmark or by telefax.

All reservations for the apartments are collected by HOUSE DEAL CONSULTING s.r.l. and the relevant contracts, not herewith in full, are subject to Regione Veneto laws. Any claim should be made before check-out time and confirmed in writing within 10 days from the departure date.
